Lt. Gen. Krishan Mohan Seth, PVSM, AVSM (Retd), former Governor of Tripura and Chhattisgarh, is currently President of the Foundation for Aviation & Sustainable Tourism. Under his dynamic leadership, FAST has earned its name and importance and undertaken various activities, such as organizing seminars/conferences, research studies and training programmes. Gen. Seth is very capable and a highly decorated officer of the Indian army who led counter-insurgency operations in Nagaland. He retired from the army in 1997. He was born in 1939 in Allahabad. Mr. Vijai Prakash Agrawal, till recently served as Chairman, Airports Authority of India for more than 5yrs. Airports Authority of India is an Autonomous body created by an Act of Indian Parliament. It is Rs 11000 Cr turn over , Rs.850 Cr profit making constantly dividend-paying company. It employs 6500 executives and 12000 non-executives directly spread all over length and breadth of the country. It is engaged in providing Air Navigation Services, exclusively all over Indian territorial area and area allocated to it by ICAO. 125 AIRPORTS all across country are planned, constructed and operated by AAI. Apart from this, it holds shares in various airport Joint Venture Companies. Organization is Qualitatively rated amongst World’s best. Born on 2nd June 1955, Mr. Agrawal holds Master of Engineering (Power Electronics and Electrical Drives) in 1978 and Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from IIT Roorkee, India in 1976. He was honored as Distinguished Alumni by IIT Roorkee yr. 2011.

With a long tenure in DGCA office, he has vast experience in aviation sector and is very capable and dynamic officer.

GENERAL MANAGER/TREASURER
Mr. O. P. Miglani holds Master Degree in Economics with professional Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. Having served erstwhile International Airports Authority and Airports Authority of India for about 25 years, he retired as Additional General Manager (HR) in 2001. Thereafter, he served Airports Council International (ACI) - Asia Pacific Regional Office (New Delhi) for about 5 years and since January 2008 he has been with the Foundation as Treasurer/General Manager. He is quite dynamic and result oriented officer.
