Foundation for Aviation & Sustainable Tourism (FAST), a non-profit research body since 1992, duly registered with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), is primarily concerned with promotion of civil aviation and tourism and acts as a facilitator between the industry and the government, to flag of contemporary issues/concerns of stakeholders and help in taking a “balanced view approach” in the decision-making process. Dr. SS Sidhu, former Secretary Civil Aviation, Government of India and Secretary General ICAO is the founder President. FAST is presently headed by Lt. Gen. KM Seth, PVSM, AVSM (Retd), former Governor of Tripura & Chhattisgarh as its President and Mr.VP Agrawal, former Chairman AAI as its Vice President.
